Extra Chauffeurs For Limo Hire

Posted on Thursday 17 July 2008

When you run your own business, handing customers or jobs over to someone else can be a hard thing to do. You have your own very high standards and expectations, and you worry that those who you employ and contract to help you out, will not take as much care with your business and customers as you do.

This is particularly true in the limo hire industry because it is one based on exceptional service and quality and handing the responsibility for that quality and service over to another, can be risky.

Especially in an industry like limo hire, there are busy times and quiet times and then there are the unexpected rushed weeks or last minute jobs which a limo hire company will take because they don’t want to turn away business.

Therefore, limo hire companies often rely on each other for extra vehicles and chauffeurs in busy times. However, just like limo passengers, limo hire companies have the unfortunate luck of sometimes getting involved with the wrong limo hire company.

These limo hire companies will not only take advantage of their passengers, they will let down the other limo hire companies who come to them for help by not turning up or turning up late, in the wrong limo or with poor manners and service.

These types of companies not only let down the passengers and turn what should be a fun and exciting experience into one which they will quickly want to forget; this also affects the original limo hire company as they are getting a bad name because they had the unfortunate luck to rely on a poor quality limo hire company for help.

This bad experience then affects the original limo hire company as they are getting a bad name from the limousine and chauffeur which were not even theirs. This is why it is not only important for passengers to shop around for the best limo hire company they can find, but also for the limo hire companies too as while it only costs the passengers a bad night, it could cost the limo hire company their whole business.

Before you check the limo service companies you like, ask these questions: Does my budget suffice or can afford the limo rental? Does the color and brand of limo I’m going to rent will pass my taste and style? Is the limo in good condition and the facilities on the limo are working? Are the chauffeurs highly trained and courteous?

Aside from that, always ask for the company profile and info. Keep in mind the things that you two have agreed at, so whenever the limo service company has failed to abide, you have the right to withhold the service. Make sure that the limo service you have hired arrive on time especially if you have important business meeting or flight.

Also, make sure that the company is trustworthy enough to leave your important things and documents whenever you go to and fro the airport and other destinations. You’ll feel secured if the chauffeur takes good care of your baggage.

In case of Prestige Chauffeur Services- employees are the biggest asset of the company, not the vehicles.
Maybe it is different in Estonia where chauffeuer services are not so poular yet.
